Payment of registration fees can be made online on our secure server by credit/debit card (MasterCard and VISA).

Accepted cards are MasterCard and VISA. For online payment - please log in to your user account and access the "Billing and payments" section in the "User Profile" menu (up right side of the website page).

It is also very important to make the payment from the account or with the card related to the legal entity so, that the invoice can be issued in accordance with the payer. Required billing information: legal entity name (as it appears on the proof of payment), fiscal code/registration number, town and name of the person for whom the registration was made. Your registration will only be validated when full payment is received.

Group registration

For Group registrations (10 persons or more) please email your request to: mihaela.agaficioaie@rotravelplus.com to provide you with a Template to be filled in with the participant's information.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, it is expected a refund of:

  • 100% refound for cancellations received before February 1, 2026
  • 50% refound for cancellations received before March 1, 2026
  • No reimbursement after March 1, 2026

Substitutions / Name changes

Each name change will be charged of € 30.00 + 21%VAT.
After March 1st, no changes will be possible. No reimbursement for No Show.
